Architecture is contemporary, opening onto lake and garden views through floor-to-ceiling glazing, with a choice of premium interior finish packages. The villas are offered freehold — but note that, under Thai law, land freehold is available only to Thai nationals and Thai companies, so foreign buyers should confirm the exact ownership structure and take legal advice.
