The building is designed for low-effort island living and rental: a 24-hour reception, keyless access with CCTV throughout, an on-site restaurant and bar, a gym, a children's room and even a paw-wash for pets. Layouts run from a compact 30 m² studio up to roughly 81 m², across seven types (A, B, C, D and the E series), so the mix suits everyone from a lock-up-and-leave holiday base to a longer-stay home. The headline price of €162,000 is for the 30 m² studio; larger layouts are priced higher, and per-type prices were not published in the brochure.
Surin Sands is developed by Ocean Group Asia, founded in 2009, with a portfolio built on construction quality and modern design. Foreign buyers can own within the building's 49% foreign-freehold quota (a transfer cost of about 6.3% of the price applies). Payment is split simply — 50% on contract signing, which may be spread over several monthly instalments, and the remaining 50% on key handover — and a developer-run rental pool lets and manages the apartments with income split 70/30 in the owner's favour. Completion was targeted for Q4 2025, so confirm the current build status and handover date with the developer.
